NEW YORK — Lancome, one of the locomotives of department store beauty, meets Sisley, the French aristocrat of high-priced specialty store skin care. Both brands, claiming technological advances, are launching new star products in August. Lancome will introduce Impactive Multi-Performance Silkening Moisturizer, and Sisley will unveil Sisleya-Elixir, a set of four vials designed to spur cellular renewal.
