Giovanni Lepori has been named the general manager of Acqua di Parma in North America.
In his new position, Lepori will report to Gianluca Toniolo, the chief operating officer of Acqua di Parma.
Prior to joining the LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton-owned Italian fragrance house, Lepori worked as an independent consultant for luxury brands, a business which he started after leaving his role as general manager in the Americas for Aesop, focusing on skin, hair and body products. He has also held the role of vice president at The Dellacorte Group, a New York private equity firm that focuses on investments in retail and luxury goods. From 2002 to 2004, he worked in the footwear division of Christian Dior Couture.
