LONDON — “It was all a bit Gothic — gorgeous, porcelain skin, lots of shading around the eyes and a big glossy black mouth,” said Lucia Pieroni, who worked with MAC Cosmetics.

A light base of Mineralise Concealer was set with transparent powder from the Prep + Prime range and Sculpting Powders in Sculpt and Taupe were used to contour cheekbones.

Swiss Chocolate and Saddle Eyeshadows colors were buffed across lids. Lips were outlined in Ebony pencil with Pro Lip Mix in Black and Burgundy used to create a full shape. A coat of gloss was applied just before the girls went out.

Marian Newman’s nails — a base of Nocturnal Black and Vintage Vamp on top — matched the lips. Perfect for those “trippy, psychedelic, witchy girls wandering through the forest,” she said.

Hair by Label m’s Sacha Mascolo was prim and proper — a juxtaposition with both the rebellious makeup the drama of the clothes with their high collars, she said.

Lengths were blow dried with Label m Volume Mousse and styled in neat French plaits secured with bows. Flyaways were tamed with Label m hairspray’s special collaborative Giles Edition.
