LF Beauty Re-brands as Meiyume

The Fung Group company is re-branding after a divestment of its three product verticals and a restructuring of its business operations.

LF Beauty is now Meiyume.

A Fung Group company, LF Beauty is re-branding under the new name in response to the rapidly changing beauty landscape. This re-brand is part of the company’s restructuring into three key divisions: packaging and turnkey solutions, retail solutions and brands.

“We embarked on a transformation journey earlier this year and I am so proud to have reached this important milestone, which marks an exciting era of opportunity for our business and puts us on a new path of growth and success. With a new brand and structure, we are best positioned to connect end consumers and the entire supply chain and to create value for our customers like no other company in our industry,” Gerard Raymond, president of Meiyume, said in a statement.

The re-brand comes after Li & Fung’s divestment of its three product verticals:, furniture, sweaters and beauty, in April 2018 to create LH Pegasus, which is owned 45 percent by Hony Capital and 55 percent by the Fung Group. Meiyume is part of the beauty vertical.

The company will continue to be a partner and supplier for fragrance, skin care and color cosmetics for global brands and retailers.
