NEW YORK — As consumers grow increasingly more savvy about their skin care, manufacturers continue to push the efficacy envelope in the prestige category. The latest addition to this Botox-in-a-jar craze: Chanel’s new Ultra Correction Sérum, set to launch in September. The serum contains a cocktail of proprietary ingredients designed to firm facial skin. Industry sources estimate it could do $5 million at retail by yearend and as much as
