Serge Jureidini is leaving sampling specialist Arcade Beauty as president and chief executive officer after nearly three years with the company, according to reports circulating in the market.
Neither Jureidini nor executives at Arcade could be reached for comment.
Jureidini was a 20-year L’Oréal veteran, culminating in the presidency of the U.S. Lancôme division, when he joined what was then Arcade Marketing in January 2013.
Since then he has engineered a merger in 2014 with another sampling company, Paris-based Bioplan, a subsidiary of Ileos, to form a more diversified portfolio of services and products. The name of the company was changed to Arcade Beauty early this year.
Last month, Arcade purchased a 30 percent stake in Easysnap, an Italian-based creator of devices and containers that can be opened with one hand. The entrepreneurial young company is based in Bologna.
According to industry sources, Arcade generates an annual sales volume of $400 million.
