PARIS — The white cat with the arresting blue eyes — and 40,000 Twitter followers — describes her namesake makeup line as follows: “Glamorpuss luxury.”

Revealing details of its holiday makeup collection in collaboration with Karl Lagerfeld and his pampered pet Choupette, Japanese makeup brand Shu Uemura said the range includes eye shadow in a shade approximating the famous feline’s peepers, plus dramatic false eyelashes incorporating pink feathers, silver highlights and crystals.

Sketches of the cat by Lagerfeld — who uses Shu Uemura makeup to hand-color them — adorn the packaging of cleansing oil, an under-base mousse, eye and lip palettes, glitter powder and blush compacts.

To be sold under the Shupette by Karl Lagerfeld for Shu Uemura label, the range extends to a brush set, a silver makeup trunk, nail enamel and an eyelash curler with a Shupette charm in the shape of a stamp.

Kakuyasu Uchiide, Shu Uemura’s international artistic director, also conceived four “cat eye” looks with various allures.

This marks a return engagement to Shu Uemura for Lagerfeld, who did a holiday collection in 2012 that shipped to some 400 doors.

The beauty brand and Lagerfeld are also launching a competition on Instagram starting Oct. 1, inviting people to post selfies and cat snaps to win a signed makeup trunk.
