Jaclyn Hill and Becca’s Latest Collab Had $1 Million in Sales in 90 Minutes

The beauty influencer launched her new Champagne Collection Face Palette for Becca Cosmetics, with a handful of other products.

Beauty influencer Jaclyn Hill sure has something to toast.

Her freshly launched Becca x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Collection Face Palette, which features five shades of blush and highlighter, sold out all 20,000 units in 90 minutes through Sephora’s mobile app on Tuesday, according to industry sources. The surprise sale was announced at the launch party for Hill’s latest collaboration with Becca Cosmetics at the NoMad Rooftop in New York. The collaboration also features a five-eye-shade palette, plus crème and liquid versions of runaway highlighter hit Champagne Pop.

Shoppers had to use a special hashtag — #ChampagneGlow — on Sephora’s mobile app to get to the $52 palette in order to buy it. That price puts Tuesday night’s sales at roughly $1 million. The champagne glow hashtag was used in more than 6,000 posts and has generated more than 64 million impressions.

The products officially launch on on May 26, and in stores on June 16. Hill’s first collaboration with Becca Cosmetics, the highlighter Champagne Pop, also sold quickly — selling 25,000 units on in the first 20 minutes.
