According to the company, Palladino will be working to identify growth and white space opportunities that increase sales, drive market share, build brand loyalty and acquire new consumers across internal brands QVC, Ulta Beauty and other specialty retailers.
Most recently, Palladino was manager of product innovations at Victoria’s Secret Beauty, a position she held for a decade. In that role, she was responsible for developing products across all categories, including color cosmetics, fine fragrance, VS Body Care and Pink Beauty.
