Sephora and Pantone Launch Makeup Line for 2016

The limited-edition eye and lip product range starts selling at Sephora this month.

COLOR ME BEAUTIFUL: Sephora and Pantone Universe are making consumers think pink — and pale blue — with their latest makeup tie-in.

Each year the beauty seller and color forecasting and matching firm parlay Pantone’s color picks of the year, which for 2016 are called Rose Quartz and Serenity, into a limited-edition line.

The new eye and lip products will be sold exclusively at Sephora and on starting this month.

The collection includes a 24-shade pan eye-color palette, lip glosses and lipsticks. Prices range from $18 to $39.

It’s the fourth such tie-in for Sephora and Pantone. The first edition, out in 2012, centered on tangerine- and orange-shaded cosmetics and beauty accessories.
