PARIS — Serge Lutens inaugurated its first freestanding boutique in Moscow last week, marking the perfume brand’s second anywhere after the Palais Royal location that opened here in 1992.

The new store measures 555 square feet and sells the Serge Lutens label’s entire perfume line plus its new range of scarves.

A company spokeswoman said Moscow is a strategic city for the development of the Shiseido-owned brand.
