Cosmoprof Promises Business Solutions for Salons

Cosmoprof North America is gearing up to provide a trade show that looks to offer the beauty industry various resources to help grow their businesses.

As salon owners and manufacturers enter the second half of a difficult sales year, Cosmoprof North America is gearing up to provide a trade show that looks to offer the professional beauty industry various resources to help grow their businesses.

In its seventh year, CPNA will be held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas from July 19 to July 21. The show is expected to attract buyers and executives from HSN, beauty.com/drugstore.com, Henri Bendel, PureBeauty, Bliss, Kalologie, Beauty Collection and Wynn Apothecary. And, for a third year, CPNA will offer Discover Beauty, an area of the convention center show floor dedicated to new-to-Cosmoprof exhibitors. This year Discover Beauty is expecting to feature 18 brands from all over the globe including Israel, Switzerland, Australia and France, to name a few. A Discover Beauty Award — a CPNA first — will be given to the most innovative brand overall in concept, packaging and marketability. Judging will be conducted by beauty bloggers and retailers, and the winner will be announced Sunday, July 20, at the Discover Beauty Party at Mix at TheHotel at Mandalay Bay. The winner will be awarded a certificate and specially designed Discover Beauty Award logo, which can be used on their Web site or other marketing materials.
