Alice + Olivia creative director and chief executive officer Stacey Bendet is furthering the brand’s investment in beauty and wellness by entering the CBD market through a partnership with luxury cannabis brand Kush Queen. The news follows the launch of Alice + Olivia Xoxo Maybelline cosmetics, the beauty brand’s first fashion-focused offering, in the Asia Pacific region in June.
While researching the CBD space, Bendet found a kindred spirit in Olivia Alexander, founder and ceo of Kush Queen. “When I was learning about Kush Queen and Olivia, I immediately saw the alignment of our brands with her empowerment of women through wellness,” said Bendet. “A partnership between our brands was a natural and complimentary fit.”
“Alice + Olivia has always been at the forefront of fashion and ahead of the curve with creativity and collaborations,” said Alexander. “There couldn’t be a more perfect partner for Kush Queen.”
Founded in 2015, Kush Queen offers a range of wellness and lifestyle products that include non-psychoactive hemp-derived CBD and THC/CBD cannabis topicals.

Bendet and Alexander created topical products with CBD designed to deliver noticeable effects. Alice + Olivia x Kush Queen on Sept. 1 will launch a 100-mg. bath bomb, $25, and 150-mg. body lotion and 150-mg. bubble bath, $50 each. Products are all lightly scented with lavender for relaxation and sleep.
The single-use bath bomb also contains vetiver, which is meant to be helpful for nerve and circulation problems, and sandalwood for promoting mental clarity. CBD is most commonly associated with reducing inflammation which can be the source of pain, fatigue and anxiety.
The collection will be sold at Alice + Olivia’s North American stores and on KushQueen.com.
