STETSON’S NEW TOP HAT: Stetson has named Pam Fields chief executive officer, filling a position that has been vacant for about three years. Fields was most recently at Ryan Partnership and Ryan iDirect, a marketing agency, where she was responsible for development of digital, direct and promotional strategy and programming for Unilever’s Dove brand. Fields has also served as president of Tag Heuer’s U.S. subsidiary. At Stetson, Fields’ duties entail developing new business and overseeing marketing and brand-building initiatives. She reports to Paul Guilden, owner of Stetson.

LANDS’ END GROWS IN CANADA: After a successful introduction in 2006, Sears Canada plans to expand its offering of Lands’ End apparel by adding it to more of the retailer’s 197 department stores in Canada and 183 dealer-owned locations. The line was initially carried in four stores, all in the Greater Toronto area. Last year, it rolled out to 30 more stores, for a total of 34, spread across the country. The selection of items includes all major categories such as knit tops, bottoms, women’s, men’s and kids’. Sears plans to expand the line further into an unspecified number of stores.
