The Bon-Ton Stores Inc. inked a licensing and design deal with Australian firm Mambo Graphics Pty Ltd. to bring the Mambo surf and street brand to the U.S. for fall.

 

Mambo will design the collection while Bon-Ton will handle sourcing, manufacturing, distribution and marketing. Bon-Ton will be the first U.S. retailer to carry the brand.

 

“Mambo is one of the top surf and skate brands in the world and will be an exciting addition to our extensive portfolio of exclusive private and national brand offerings,” said Bud Bergren, Bon-Ton’s chief executive officer. “It will offer a vast assortment of fun and artfully-designed products for our young customer.”

 

The collection will be launched with a marketing campaign during the back-to-school season and will include fashions for young men, juniors and children.
