PARIS — Carrefour SA, which last month said it was mulling whether to sell all or part of its stake in ventures in Turkey and Indonesia, has announced the resignation of the four representatives of Sabanci Holding on the board of CarrefourSA, the joint venture of the two groups in Turkey.

Carrefour stated that it was officially informed by Sabanci Holding that four new administrators, “whose names they have communicated,” will be proposed to the general assembly on July 27.
