The Hanover, Md.-based chain had filed for a $75 million IPO in November 2013.  Formerly known as Downtown Locker Room, the retailer targets urban males between ages 15 and 24. DTLR’s merchandise categories are apparel, accessories, footwear and music.
The chain counts Bruckman, Rosser, Sherrill & Co as its majority owner, holding an 88.2 percent stake.  Golub Capital holds the balance as minority stakeholder.
In its initial shelf registration, the company said it posted $5.1 million in net income and $181.4 million in volume for the year ended Feb. 2, 2013.
