The former eBay Enterprise business has a new name, Radial.

Ebay last year sold the business to a group of private equity investors, which in turn split up the business. Sterling Partners took over the component of the business that was once known as GSI Commerce, the business eBay acquired in 2011 for $2.4 billion.

Sterling in November merged the company with a technology business in its portfolio called Innotrac, which Sterling acquired in 2014.

The move to calling the combined entity Radial is a re-branding of the business. The original GSI platform helped businesses operate their e-commerce sites. Innotrac operates in the same space, leaning more toward digital technology and contact center solutions.

Radial believes it is the largest omnichannel commerce technology and operations provider. It counts DSW, Shoe Carnival and Destination XL as clients.

The combined business, headquartered in King of Prussia, Pa., includes more than two dozen distribution centers and six call centers in the U.S., Canada and Europe. It employs more than 7,000 globally.
