Fashion Industry Gallery’s fall market, March 27 to 30, is shaping up to be its biggest ever.

Focused on contemporary clothing, forward accessories and bridge collections, FIG expects to line up 130 exhibitors in its temporary show, in addition to the 200-plus labels in the permanent showrooms, according to Ashley Gage, retail development manager.
Meghan Noland, the Los Angeles designer of Meghan Fabulous, will be the guest of honor at a cocktail party March 27 in Beck Park at FIG’s front door. Noland specializes in flirty dresses and tops that have been photographed on a number of celebrities, and she will chat with buyers at the reception.
“This will be our largest exhibitor attendance to date,” Gage said. “Shop, our juried temporary show, continues to grow with both returning and new lines….FIG remains fully leased.”
Shop is laid out in booths on the second floor while most of FIG’s permanent showrooms are on the first level.
Among the labels new to FIG are Diabless sportswear from France; True Religion sportswear; Found Denim; Monrow graphic T-shirts; Kier & J knitwear; Joolay handworked accessories; Keggy outerwear; Save the Word Apparel T-shirts and jewelry; Ali Ro, a contemporary dress division of Donna Morgan; Boy Meets Girl knitwear; Phyl Couture slinky knitwear; Whitehorse Couture graphic Ts; Moss Mills belts and jewelry, and Hilary Druxman modern jewelry.
Among perks during the market (see box below) are chair massages sponsored by Origins and free makeovers.
