NEW YORK — Polo Ralph Lauren subsidiary PRL USA Holdings Inc. is finding success in its case against Broadway retailers selling counterfeit Polo shirts, with a federal judge awarding the company damages totaling $1 million.

U.S. District Court Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald in November issued two judgments, each against unrelated companies operating on Broadway in Manhattan. Both judgments were reached on consent between the parties. However, the rulings were not filed in the court system until Monday.
