PARIS — L’Oréal completed the sale of Cadum Group’s home care business to Eau Ecarlate SAS, the French beauty giant announced Friday.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
As reported, L’Oréal acquired the baby care maker in late April from investment fund Milestone Capital. The purchase price was not divulged, but according to industry reports it was 200 million euros, or $244.7 million at current exchange.
Cadum’s home care business, which includes the brands Croc’Odor, Iba, Zensect and Dr. Optic, registered 2011 sales of 17 million euros, or $23.7 million at average exchange.
