NEW YORK — Woodward & Lothrop Inc. expects to file a plan of reorganization before Nov. 4, the last day of its exclusivity period, the company said during a bankruptcy court hearing here.

In addition, the court gave the retailer until Feb. 17, 1995, to decide if it wants to assume or reject 14 store leases.

W&L also unveiled a three-year plan to its unsecured creditors’ committee. Details were not available. W&L expects to be out of bankruptcy by the first quarter of 1995.
