NEW YORK — It was another record week for the Dow Jones Industrial Average, as it closed well over the 3,900 mark. The WWD Stock Index moved ahead 2.61 percent carried by notable gains by many of retail’s giants. However, some apparel and textile companies with disappointing earnings suffered the consequences. Delta Woodside was the second largest percentage loser among fashion-related stocks, dropping 9.18 percent to 11 1/8.
