MILAN — Elite World has appointed Alexandra Parolini as general manager of Elite Model Look International, its model-scouting division under parent company model management Pacific Global Management Group.

The division, which launched models including Cindy Crawford, Stephanie Seymour and Gisele Bündchen, is active in more than 30 countries.

Parolini directly reports to Giorgio Armani and Ralph Lauren alum John Hooks, chief executive officer of PGM and executive chairman of Elite World, who joined PGM last year. Parolini’s goal is to develop marketing strategies in digital, licensing and sponsorships.

Parolini joined PGM Group five years ago, holding the role of global marketing and business projects director. Previously, she built her experience in marketing at publishing houses Mondadori and Condé Nast.

PGM also controls luxury and fashion company La Perla.
