NEW YORK — Damion Hänkejh has been named chief technology officer and chief executive officer of Alvin Valley.
Most recently, he was chief technology officer at Majestyk Apps, a digital agency that focuses on innovation in mobile technologies. He will remain a partner and head of innovation. As the founder of Ingk in the mid-1990s, Hänkejh led the company’s development and deployment of InstantService, a carrier-class Internet telecommunications platform for live-agent customer service. Now known as Oracle Live Help, InstantService was acquired by Oracle in 2010 in a $1 billion rollup.
“I am recruiting leaders who will establish Alvin Valley as a definitive fashion and high-tech industry leader,” said Alvin Valley. He said he believes Hänkejh will help the company develop “technology in fabrics…smart waistband patents, point-of-sale systems and mobile applications, all of which will revolutionize the customer experience,” said Valley.
Hänkejh will work with the Valley leadership to maintain strong customer relations and monetize its e-commerce site. He will also work with the company on the development of its mobile app.
