LONDON — Anya Hindmarch has appointed Vanessa Van Dyke commercial director and Oriana Cirocco collections director.
Cirocco joined the company at the end of last year, while Van Dyke will assume her duties next week.
The new appointments are part of the accessories brand’s global development plan.
Van Dyke will oversee the company’s global retail which includes wholesale, franchise, e-commerce and retail merchandising. She was previously the head of commercial sales for Marc Jacobs’ footwear division.
Cirocco will be responsible for product development, collection merchandising and managing the design team. Before joining the company, she held senior roles at Burberry, Givenchy Couture and most recently at Lanvin, as director of accessories.
Both executives report to chief executive officer Helen Wright and to chairman and chief creative officer Anya Hindmarch. They will join the executive committee on their arrival and will be based in the London head office in Battersea.
Wright said of the appointments: “Our business is growing dynamically across all channels and key geographies and Vanessa’s [Van Dyke] expertise in luxury sales and franchise business development will support our continued momentum. Oriana Cirocco is an essential new talent joining our senior management team. She will lend her considerable experience in international luxury brand merchandising and collection management to support our design and product development team as the company’ s collections continue to grow.”
