Carlo Mengucci was promoted to the role of worldwide communications and public relations director of the Aeffe Group, effective Tuesday. He succeeds Monica Paparcone.
Mengucci, 36, has held the role of director of international public relations since he joined the company in 2010. He will report directly to Aeffe president Massimo Ferretti and to Aeffe’s general manager, Marcello Tassinari.
“In the past five years, Carlo has played a crucial role in developing Aeffe’s communication and public relations strategy,” said Ferretti. “At such a significant moment of growth and development for Aeffe, our appointment of Carlo in this strategic role reflects the trust that our group places in his expertise and professionalism.”
Aeffe controls the Moschino, Alberta Ferretti, Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini and Pollini brands and produces and distributes collections for Cédric Charlier and Jeremy Scott.
