Urban Outfitters Inc. named its chief accounting officer Frank Conforti as its next chief financial officer.
“Since he started at [the company] five years ago, Frank has been a star and an invaluable partner to the executive leadership team,” said Richard Hayne, chairman and chief executive officer.
Conforti takes over from Eric Artz, who will step down effective April 3. “I want to thank Eric for his service to the company over the past two years and wish him the very best in his return to the West Coast,” Hayne said.
The company’s seen a reshuffling of its executive ranks this year.
Hayne, who co-founded the firm, took back the reins when then-ceo Glen Senk departed for David Yurman in January.
And Tedford Marlow rejoined the firm last month as ceo of the Urban Outfitters Group with global responsibility for the brand.
