Jacqueline Jenkins has joined LIM College as director of graduate studies. In her new post, she will provide operational supervision and strategic oversight for LIM College’s graduate-level programs, including the M.B.A., with tracks in fashion management and entrepreneurship and the master of professional studies, or M.P.S., programs in fashion merchandising & retail management and fashion marketing.

Most recently, Jenkins was program director for the Wharton Small Business Development Center at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She was at one time the chief operating officer for Milligan & Co. and held corporate finance and supply chain management positions at Ann Taylor Inc. In 2000, she founded Add Value Day 1, an advisory business that developed business strategies and raised capital for early-stage companies.

LIM’s president Elizabeth Marcuse said the “broad array of knowledge and experience in retail, finance, entrepreneurship and higher education [Jenkins] brings to our Center for Graduate Studies will be invaluable as we continue to refine and develop programs to educate the future business leaders of the fashion industry.”
