Isaac Krakovsky has joined A.T. Kearney as partner in the Consumer Products & Retail Practice.

Krakovsky has over 25 years of experience in the retail sector, with a strong background in large-scale transformations and change management.

“A.T. Kearney has a strong legacy of creating value for leading companies in the retail sector. I look forward to joining A. T. Kearney and working with clients to identify and adapt to the evolution of technology and operation practices in the retail and technology industry,” said Krakovsky.

Most recently, Krakovsky was with Kurt Salmon, where he led the firm’s Change Management Center of Excellence and acted as the New York office managing partner. He has also held leadership roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers, SAP America and Deloite, and worked at Steve Madden and Macy’s before transitioning to consulting.

He is based at A.T. Kearney’s New York office.
