Retail real estate investment firm Matthews Retail Group Inc. named Radoslav “Raddie” Zlatkov as chief financial and operating officer, reporting to chairman and chief executive officer Kyle Matthews.
Zlatkov’s role will be to manage operations as well as “head strategic planning, manage treasury, oversee financial analysis and underwriting,” the company said in a statement. Zlatkov joined the brokerage in July. He previously served as director of finance for Keurig Green Mountain Inc. and as a senior director of finance at SharkNinja, which is a privately held consumer products company.
Zlatkov’s hiring comes at a busy time for the firm. So far this year, the company has closed more than 130 deals and has doubled its revenues on a year-over-year basis. “This is an acceleration of growth since the company transitioned out of Colliers International earlier in the year,” the company said. “The addition of Zlatkov brings the company to 55 members, including partners, executives, agents, financial analysts, transaction managers and marketing staff.”
