NEW YORK — Moda Operandi is adding three merchandising executives to the team.

Mary Chiam was named vice president of merchandising. Most recently, she was global head of merchandising for Net-a-porter Group’s The Outnet. She joined in 2008 as senior merchandiser, and before, worked at Aritzia.

Elizabeth Morgan was appointed Moda Operandi’s general merchandise manager of boutique. Morgan was previously Gucci’s buying manager of e-commerce and, prior to that, worked at Brooks Brothers and Saks Fifth Avenue.

Amalia Keramitsis was named the site’s director of fine jewelry and watches. She was most recently vice president and fashion and accessories market director of Mediabend Capital and, before that, served as an accessories editor at Vogue.

“The addition of industry experts with core competencies in e-commerce, designer fashion and fine jewelry underscores our growth strategy of continually elevating the online shopping experience,” said Moda Operandi chief executive officer Deborah Nicodemus. “The multibrand merchandising and editorial perspectives that Mary, Elizabeth and Amalia add to Moda Operandi provides the experience to support the next phase of growth into key categories.”

Morgan and Keramitsis report directly to Chiam.
