MILAN — Pablo Olea has been named worldwide communications and public relations director of Moschino, effective immediately. He previously was the brand’s U.S. public relations director. He succeeds Monica Paparcone, who previously held the role of worldwide communications and public relations director of the Aeffe Group.
Olea joined the company in 2013, coinciding with the appointment of Jeremy Scott as Moschino’s new creative director. Olea has been working with the American designer since the launch of the Jeremy Scott label in 1997.
Olea is based in New York and will report to Massimo Ferretti, president of the Aeffe Group. Alongside Moschino, the group controls the Alberta Ferretti, Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini and Pollini brands and produces and distributes collections for Cédric Charlier and Jeremy Scott.
