LONDON — has named Markus Holzherr to the new position of chief financial officer. He has been working with the Munich-based company as head of finance for three years.

The company said the appointment would not change the managerial structure. Kliger will remain president, and Jens Riewenherm managing director. Holzherr will report directly to Kliger.

Holzherr studied business administration and has worked in the banking and mobile communications industries. Before arriving at, he worked at the ProSiebenSat.1 Media agency in Unterföhring, Bavaria.
