Quita Davis has been named senior vice president and global general manager of the Aramis and Designer Fragrances division of Estée Lauder Cos. Inc.

Davis replaces Stephanie de la Faverie in the role. De la Faverie was promoted to senior vice president and global general manager of Origins, Ojon and Darphin as of April 1.

“In her new role, Quita will oversee all regions, including North America, the U.K., Europe, the Middle East, Africa and travel retail, driving the commercial business for all ADF brands,” said Veronique Gabai-Pinsky, global brand president of Aramis and Designer Fragrances..

Davis was most recently vice president and general manager of Aramis and Designer Fragrances, Smashbox, Bumble and bumble and Ojon in the U.K. “[In that role] Quita achieved great successes devising innovative strategies and driving significant changes that delivered exceptional results,” said Gabai-Pinsky. “Quita has vast experience working with key brands and high-end luxury goods, building highly effective relationships with key strategic clients and partners. Her strong leadership skills have produced high-performing, motivated teams who deliver exceptional sales growth with key influencers.”

Davis, who joined the company in 2010, began her career as a field sales manager for Parfums Christian Dior in the U.K., and later became U.K. sales manager for Dior. Next, she served as sales director for the U.K. and Ireland for Givenchy.
