J. Crew Group Inc. named Stuart Haselden chief financial officer as of May 15.
Haselden, 42, has been the retailer’s senior vice president of finance and treasurer since 2009 and joined the company in 2006. He takes over his new role from James Scully, who will remain executive vice president and chief administrative officer.
Haselden continues to report to Scully.
As cfo, Haselden will receive an annual base salary of $400,000, an annual bonus with a target of 35 percent of that salary and stock options.
The job change was revealed in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission today.
