Zenith watches is filling out its U.S. executive team. The Swiss watch brand, part of the stable of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, has tapped Laetitia Hirschy as director of marketing and communications for Zenith in North America.
Hirschy will lead all marketing communications including media and events and will report to Thierry Collot, brand director, North America.
Hirschy’s addition is the first in-house marketing and communications role for the brand in the North American market, previously Collot oversaw the marketing department with the support of the brands U.S. communications agency, Paul Wilmot Communications.
The executive comes to Zenith from Bulgari where she served as the senior manager of public relations. She has also held senior roles in the communication’s department at Digital Luxury Group and Patek Philippe.
“The U.S. continues to be a key market for Zenith. We have experienced exponential growth over the last year, and the expansion of our executive team with the addition of Laetitia Hirschy at the helm of marketing is proof of the brand’s dedication to our continued momentum in North America,” Collot said. “Laetitia’s expertise in the watch and jewelry industry will be a huge asset and we continue to grow the brand in the North American market.”
Collot continued, “For 2019, we will focus our efforts on celebrating the 50th anniversary of Zenith’s iconic El Primero movement, an innovation that forever changed the watch industry, as well as the release of the Defy Inventor, the future of Swiss watchmaking.”
