PARIS — Kering has revamped its web site to reflect its transformation into a pure luxury player. Conceived as a showcase for its brands, which include Gucci, Saint Laurent and Balenciaga, the new kering.com puts a strong emphasis on visuals and videos, which scroll across the screen, offering visitors a constantly updated landing page.
Individual buttons at the bottom of the screen lead to dedicated brand pages, where news, publications and campaigns will be published in real time, giving the site more of an editorial feel.
In addition to the previously available group resources and news, the new site, developed together with creative agency Al Dente, features a talent section grouping all corporate and brand job offers.
A video, featuring children in brand roles such as image director, data scientist and sales associate, is designed to illustrate the group’s motto: “Empowering Imagination.”
