Nicole Esposito, the former chief business development officer at public relations and marketing firm Full Picture, is leaving the company after 16 years to start White Spark.

“What I’m really trying to do is work with brands in a deeper capacity on development and marketing,” said Esposito, who headed up the New York and Los Angeles public relations arms at Full Picture. “I want to help them incubate ideas.”

Esposito’s first client is Plan Do See, a Japanese hospitality group that will open restaurants in Miami and Los Angeles and will open a hotel in Brooklyn.

While at Full Picture, Esposito worked with brands ranging from the Thompson Hotels to Victoria’s Secret.
