WME/IMG has acquired The Wall Group, an artist management and consulting agency.

Founded in 2000, The Wall Group’s  roster includes top fashion stylists, hairstylists, makeup artists and production designers based in New York, Paris, London and Los Angeles.

The purchase price wasn’t disclosed.

In addition to editorial and commercial books and long-term contractual engagements for its artists, the agency also advises commercial and luxury brands, ranging from P&G, Unilever and Target to Chanel and LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton on engaging creative individuals as consultants and expert ambassadors to raise awareness and educate consumers.

“The Wall Group is responsible for some of the most widely recognized fashion moments of our time,” said Mark Shapiro, chief content officer of IMG.

Following the acquisition, The Wall Group will continue to operate as a separate entity out of its offices in New York and Los Angeles, and its leadership team, including founder Brooke Wall and directors Ali Bird and Kate Stirling, will continue in their roles.

WME/IMG’s fashion portfolio includes Events; IMG Models, and Art + Commerce. Over the past six months WME/IMG has made several strategic acquisitions, including Global eSports Management; Icon Sports Management; Made Fashion Week; Artist Voice, Australia’s leading music booking agency, and Professional Bull Riders.
