Dan Limerick has been appointed head of business affairs for Endeavor’s representation business, including WME, IMG Models, The Wall Group, Art & Commerce and Dixon Talent, a new post.
In his role, Limerick will oversee the deal-making process for clients. He will work alongside Courtney Braun, who was named head of legal affairs earlier this year.
Limerick’s responsibilities include negotiation of talent agreements, licensing arrangements, exploitation of IP, and television packages. All business affairs executives across Endeavor will report to him. Additionally, Limerick will be involved with managing guild relationships for the company.
Limerick joined WME in 2016 as head of television business affairs. During his tenure he has negotiated deals for a wide range of clients, played a critical role in several key signings and brokered many innovative licensing arrangements. Earlier he was executive vice president and head of business affairs for Warner Bros. Television, where he began in 2002. He started his entertainment career in Carsey-Werner’s legal department and is a graduate of University of California Los Angeles School of Law.
