LONDON — The British Fashion Council and Decoded Fashion have teamed up again to host the second edition of the Fashion Futures Awards. The event series, which highlights the innovators in the fashion and tech fields, will take place on May 18.
Among the judging panel are Caroline Rush, chief executive officer of the BFC; Dylan Jones, editor of British GQ; Martijn Bertisen, director of Retail for Google; Dolly Jones, digital strategy director at Condé Nast Digital Britain, and José Neves, ceo and founder of Farfetch.
There are nine categories in the awards that will be presented that evening, which includes the Real-Time Innovator, The Big Idea, Digital Coalition, The Game Changer, New e-Store on the Block, Beyond the Runway, The Master of Mobile, Bytes and Bricks and A Killer Experience. In addition, the Visionary award will honor a trailblazer that has revolutionized fashion and retail.

Nominees will be released on March 21 while winners will be revealed at the Fashion Futures Awards ceremony on May. 18. The deadline for submission is March 11 at fashionfutures.decodedfashion.com.
This is the second time the awards will held in London with the U.S. version held in Decoded Fashion’s New York Summit at The Bowery Hotel last October.
