“Randy’s keen eye for design and distinctive sensibility perfectly reflect the Elle aesthetic,” said editor in chief Robbie Myers, who called Minor’s “visual storytelling” approach “innovative.”

Prior to joining New York in 2004, Minor spent 11 years at Chicago magazine, serving as design director from 2000 to 2003 and art director from 1992 to 1999.
