LOUIS LADIES: Louis Vuitton has beefed up its communications department following the exit of communications director Antoine Arnault, who is now at the management helm of luxury men’s footwear specialist Berluti. Vuitton has tapped Emmanuelle Guillon to become its communications director in charge of advertising and digital creation. Guillon comes from an agency background, and most recently worked at Agence 133, an arm of Publicis Groupe. In addition, Isabella Capece Galeota has been promoted to communications director in charge of public relations and events. Capece Galeota has been in Vuitton’s p.r. department since 2007, and has also worked at Fendi and Giorgio Armani. Both women report to Pietro Beccari, Vuitton’s executive vice president, marketing and communications.
