Todd Snyder has tapped Johannes Huebl, a one-time German model and husband of socialite Olivia Palermo, to be the face of his new Todd’s Fine Tailoring campaign that launches today.

The designer is introducing a variety of services intended to make dressing easier for men, including private sessions with a personal stylist, made-to-measure appointments with the company’s in-house master tailor, Reza, and one-on-one appointments at the customer’s home, office or hotel.

Snyder said early on in his life, he worked in a tailor shop so “I appreciate and respect the art of tailoring. And when I launched the collection, I always wanted it to be a piece of what we do. So we wanted to launch this whole art of tailoring and selling suits to the masses.”

So whether it’s his White Label collection from Peerless that is sold at Nordstrom or the Southwick-manufactured suits for his designer brand, suits remain a cornerstone of the business, he said. The suits range in price from $695 to $1,200.

The Todd’s Fine Tailoring initiative will be available at the company’s store in the NoMad area of Manhattan as well as online. “Our mantra is to help guys dress better,” he said.

Matthew Brooks shot the campaign with Huebl and the images will be used in and around the store as well as on Snyder’s social media channels, newsletter and catalogue.

“Johannes is such a cool-looking, well-dressed guy and we wanted him to be the face of Todd Snyder tailored clothing,” he said. The images are “rugged but still elegant,” he added, representing his perspective on clothing.
