VISIONS OF PINK: Bottega Veneta continues to strengthen its ties with the art world, teaming with American photographer Ryan McGinley for its resort 2015 men’s and women’s advertising campaign. The delicate pink blossoms of cherries in New York’s Botanical Garden served as a romantic background for some of the images he shot for the company. “His images have not only energy and movement, but often a slightly surreal, dreamlike quality that I thought would be an intriguing match with this collection,” said Bottega Veneta creative director Tomas Maier. The ads will make their debut in the November issues of international magazines. Also in November, the company will release a behind-the-scenes video of the shoot, which will be available at bottegaveneta.com.
