Martha Stewart

Sequential Brands Group has signed a definitive agreement to sell the Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia business to Marquee Brands for an estimated $175 million, with an earn-out opportunity for an additional $40 million. The deal also includes the Emeril Lagasse brand.

Sequential bought Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia in 2015 for $353 million and had been quietly shopping the brand around for the past several months.
