Neiman Marcus Group said Friday that Adam B. Brotman is resigning from its board of directors.
“Mr. Brotman’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with parent or the registrant on any matter,” the company said in a filing on Friday. The resignation becomes effective Tuesday.
Brotman is chief digital officer for Starbucks Coffee Co. Prior to joining Starbucks in April 2009, he was chief executive officer of Barefoot Yoga Co., and earlier, senior vice president at Corbis. He founded PlayNetwork Inc., a provider of in-store digital media and entertainment services.
