Paige Jaffe was named a first vice president of CBRE’s center office in Philadelphia.
Prior to joining CBRE, Jaffe worked at the McDevitt Company, where she represented Urban Outfitters’ concepts, including its Vetri restaurants.
“Paige exemplifies our successful efforts to attract the most talented professionals in the industry to CBRE, not solely in retail transactions, but across all disciplines,” said Steven Gartner, managing director of retail services at CBRE. “She has been a respected industry colleague of mine for many years, so I’m especially excited that now we will be on the same team.”
Jaffe has closed deals on high-profile locations for Barbour, Jack Wills, The North Face, Swarovski, Theory, Calypso, Nordstrom Rack, American Eagle Outfitters, Madewell, Under Armour, Pandora, Anthropolgie, Free People, Carhartt and Toms.
Her restaurant work includes finding locations for Stephen Starr’s Dandelion, Route 6 and Il Pittore; Jose Garces’ Garces Trading Company and JG Domestic; Amis by Marc Vetri; Sbraga by Kevin Sbraga; Chipotle, Le Pain Quotiden, Devon and Blakely and multiple locations for Pizzeria Vetri.
Jaffe is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a board member of Rittenhouse Row and Little Friends of Rittenhouse Square. She is the state director of ICSC for Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
