Time Retail Partners, a London-based property advisory business, the Lansco Corp. and Kent Co., a real estate consulting service for retailers, have formed a strategic alliance to work with retailers, landlords and investors from the U.K. and Europe seeking to expand in the U.S. and Canada. The partnership will also assist U.S. and Canadian clients seeking expansion in the U.K. and Europe.
Andrea Abrams, director and principal of international at Time Retail; Robin Abrams, executive vice president of Lansco, and Marcy Kent, president of the Kent Co., are spearheading the alliance. The three women have strengths across different but complementary aspects of the retail real estate business, with Andrea Abrams representing international retailers, Robin Abrams representing landlords and tenants in New York City and across the U.S., and Kent, who has expertise in mall leasing.
“This collaboration was born of a shared belief in the quality of services required for success in a new market like North America,” Kent said. “Our diverse and combined experience provides new entrants a different quality of tenant representation. Our approach, coupled with best-in-class brokerage and leasing services, will ensure that our clients receive the most complete support possible when coming to the U.S. and Canada.”
Rob Wingrave, managing director of Time Retail Partners in London said, “This strategic alliance marks an important step on an exciting journey for Time Retail Partners and our clients in the U.S., and is consistent with our aim to provide services on an international level.”
“The retail world is becoming more global,” said Robin Abrams. “Adding the strategy services provided by Time Retail Partners will ensure that new international retailers are empowered to make decisions that will help ensure their success.”
